I am a co-founder and editorial director of The Riveter, a women's longform and lifestyle magazine both online and in print. I have a Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Missouri, where I also studied Women & Gender Studies and feminism in the media.

For The Riveter, I spearhead editorial duties, including planning, curating, editing and finalizing pieces for print and online. My co-founder and I work to ensure women feel their media is as multi-dimensional as their experiences.

I also work as a book publicist for Milkweed Editions, an independent publisher based in Minneapolis. My job is to make sure the world knows about our books.

I grew up splitting time between rural Iowa and Minneapolis, and now I call Minneapolis home. I love to travel and listen to people's stories. Not to brag (because this isn't very impressive), but I've been to seven countries and counting, including Rwanda and Hungary. My dad immigrated to the U.S. via Warsaw, Poland, and I should utilize my dual-citizenship more often. I like books, sweatpants + lipstick, 1990s Law & Order, random facts about sex, and dancing as exercise. I also like to write.
