As the Head of 360 Client Services, I oversee the Account Management team within the Reward Gateway 360 division, which is entirely dedicated to Small to Medium Enterprises - up to 750 staff.
My team manage the client relationship from the start, implementing new benefits programmes, delivering communication strategies to increase engagement, analysing management information and statistics, and supporting our business development team.
