Joanna has exceptional skills. She is a great Feelgood Manager and People Person, who loves to spread happiness and satisfaction through enabling talent and peers with the right framework to thrive, content to love and work environment to enjoy. Why? Because she wants everyone to be recognised as the talented and valuable asset they are; and because she strongly believes its workplace-sustainable. Also, exceptional skills need to be leveraged, field tested and approved. Joanna accumulated experience in operative/strategic HR, consulting and (market) research totalling to almost eight years of professional activity.

Furthermore, exceptional skills sprout from characteristics. Joanna is incredibly organised and structured, she is composed and quick thinking in every day tasks. She speaks her mind, is undeniably honest. transparent and direct. Joanna loves challenges and thinks outside-the-box. Thus, she constantly keeps herself updated on trends and innovations to create and share best-practices with her environment. Currently she's hooked up with Digital Transformation, Feelgood Management and Sustainability.

Beyond, Joanna enjoys nurturing her existing skill-set, discovering new capabilities and fostering their development. At the moment, she is taking online courses in Organisational Psychology and HR Analytics.

She loves to attend conferences (i.e. VERGE, Women in Tech), workshops (i.e. Redesign YOU) and networking events (too many to list!) - usually for free, because she's eager to offer a helping hand for a ticket and exciting experience in return.
