In the world of work, I'm an award-winning digital marketing and online communication strategist, specialising in social media and content.

I've been lucky enough to have devised, implemented and managed a pan-European social media campaign for Holiday Inn, launched pioneering social media customer services for myHermes, provided monitoring and reporting for a number of police forces including Greater Manchester and Merseyside Police and worked with other well-known brands including Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer, Lambrini and Jacamo.

In 2013 I was honoured with the Social Media Communications Awards Mark Hanson award in 2013, which recognises the brightest and most promising talent in the industry.

I now sit on the CIPRsm panel and regularly speak on the topic of digital and social media at industry events. I also put my Digital Marketing Communications Msc, Google Squared accreditation & extensive industry experience to use by educating the next generation of communicators through guest lecturing at MMU on content, digital PR & social media.

As a creative mind with an active interest in emerging technologies and a strong focus on the end goal, I enjoy thinking of ways which brands can engage their audience, build relationships and get noticed, whatever the medium.
