For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with and leading exceptional teams ranging from startups, to mid-sized organizations, and the world’s largest tech companies.

What I've Learned

I’ve led teams through change, layoffs, mergers, acquisitions, and extraordinary transformation. I've coached individuals and teams in high tech companies, government and healthcare organizations as well as entrepreneurs and business owners. While I’m proud of what those organizations accomplished, the most meaningful part for me has always been the people.

On my journey I’ve experienced the best and worst of leadership. I feel blessed to have learned from some of the best leaders in the world, showing me what excellence under pressure looks like. I have also witnessed high-performing professionals doubt themselves and struggle to express their value and seen accomplished teams lose their spark under lacklustre management and disjointed culture.

What I love

What I've loved most throughout my career is working with brilliant people - partnering with them to foster new insights, bring out their best and achieve great things with enhanced confidence.

These experiences showed me the importance of knowing your value and feeling empowered to show up with authenticity in our professional lives. We all deserve to thrive and not just survive in today’s fast changing workplace.

My Turning Point

A couple years ago, I hit a turning point. After years of juggling work, leadership, and family, I stepped back — to refocus and realign. I purposefully took steps to reconnect with what’s always mattered to me. I completed my Executive Coach training through the ACT Leadership Development Program at Brown University, and obtained my certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)as an Associate Certified Coach. Throughout the past year, I have donated my time to coaching professionals and driven individuals.

What's Next

I will be launching my services as an Executive Coach, and a Marketing Consultant in 2026.

I truly believe in the power of coaching, knowing your value, honing confidence and gaining a fresh perspective to help navigate stress while moving through change, global uncertainty, economic shifts and technology driven transformation (oh hello AI, we see you!).
