After working the last few in Financial Services in Account Management, I've taken some time off to travel and think about my next project in the wellness/cooking space (stay tuned for more news in 2018!)

Previously I've edited and written for online magazines, developed and taught a series of sell-out cooking workshops and managed high-profile IP Telephony accounts but that's not the half of it- I've also auditioned for Masterchef, run a half marathon and had my own car washing and lawn mowing business when I was 12! ;-) As you can probably tell, I'm a dynamic individual who likes challenge, people and change.

As an Australian, I've lived in both Amsterdam and Madrid for a few years and am now back 'home', loving the sunshine, amazing food and wonderful mix of cultures and people from all over the world. Australia really is the lucky country and I'm making the most of it by travelling around on my long weekends and spending time outdoors whenever I can.
