Joanne Warner

Joanne is Head of Fundraising Strategy and Resources at Diabetes UK and is responsible for driving innovation, developing digital fundraising and ensuring the supporter journey is optimised for income generation.

Previously at Cancer Research UK for eight years Joanne developed their online giving strategy which encouraged people to raise more money online.

Passionate about using technology Joanne has spoken about the opportunities of implementing the JustGiving APIs, taken part in a Guardian Roundtable on how charities maximise online donations and is on the panel of expert judges for the Institute of Fundraising National Awards 2013.
