Dr. Pedersen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 30 years’ experience in the college setting. She has worked as a career counselor in the career services offices at two universities as well as a faculty member teaching career exploration classes and first year seminars for exploratory students. She also has 15 years’ experience teaching graduate courses in career counseling. Additionally, in her private practice, she provides career counseling services for clients ages 16 to 60.
