Joan Plavnicky

Joan Plavnicky sees each real estate transaction as one of the most important decisions in a person's life; whether it's buying or selling, Joan is committed to her clients and each of her testimonials from previous clients attests to this. Joan consistently goes the extra mile and routinely over delivers on her promises.

Joan's interest in real estate has grown out of her personal experiences underwriting mortgages and buying and selling homes in the various markets where she has lived. Joan began her professional career managing banks as a branch officer for a large bank in Boston, underwriting loans and mortgages, and working with the community.

Living throughout the country, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, and currently Charlotte, she has developed extensive personal experience in real estate to help her clients. Joan is a licensed broker working with buyers and sellers in North and South Carolina. She specializes in the Luxury Market and lives in the Ballantyne area.

Since moving to Charlotte in 2005, Joan has been active in her community and church. One of her most enriching experiences is working with St. Mathews "Moving on After Moving In Group", a nondenominational program that connects people to spiritual and emotional support to help them successfully adjust to their new community after relocation.

Joan is dedicated and works hard to ensure that every person she interacts with comes away with knowledge and resources to meet their personal needs. Whether a client is looking to buy or sell their home, Joan is determined to make the home buying and selling experience fun, enjoyable, and successful.

Joan is a regular contributor to the National MS Society, United Way, Salvation Army, Goodwill Industries, march of Dimes, Catholic Charities, and St. Matthew Catholic Church.
