I run to work and back 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. In Canadian weather. Sometimes, I race, from 5 km on roads and up to 161 km on trails, wearing minimalist shoes and carrying nothing (no food, gel or water).
I blog about running, take pictures or film during my daily runs and share my ultrarunning experiences through lectures.
When not running, I take care of my family and work in IT.
