Engagement happens through genuine conversation and innovation at the clients’ service, not at their expense. Customer-centricity needs honesty first and foremost, along with continous listening, interacting and learning throuhout the whole organisation in a collaborative way. I’m not saying it’s easy, but definitevely possible.

I’m a Hybryd. Originally practicing HR development I oriented my career to branding convinced that brands just as much as people need to be responsive and responsible. But I’m also a Hybrid because I learnt marketing the digital way, direct relationships, through data and live, engaging people in events to leverage sponsorship. Lately with social CRM and marketing process innovation.

As a business helper, I love to help people, both as employees in organizations and as clients through brands.

As an experienced team leader, I enjoy teamworking with diverse strategically-sound technical and creative professionals to design how brands will deliver a relevant utility catering functional and emotional needs through physical and digital experience.

Always exploring unconventional and singular ideas and processes to engage with the new consumer, specially near the borders – where innovation happens. I love it when, as in Transmedia, meaning is delivered through a natural journey of discovery and reward, interactivity and play. But I don’t innovate for the sake of it. Profitability and strategic consistency are always a requisite.

I’ve worked the last 20 years for big organizations, mainly CPG, and I know first-hand both their complexities and the importance of having someone to lean on, honest, talented and independent professionals to help you address your options away from day-to-day rush and become a change agent.
