I'm currently involved in body-mind practices and circle dynamics focused on social and well-being development, eco leadership and education such as Fasciatherapy, Dance, Biodanza, Nonviolent Communication and Way of Council.

I'm in love by nature, animals, reading, dancing, traveling and lying down on the earth. I'm very enthusiastic about cooking, nature, sustainable living and kindness. Also it gives me a great pleasure to know new people, socialize and create meaningful connections.

I believe in compassion and empathy to bring peace and humor to the world and I do my best to be authentic and committed to my core values.

I want to support the emerging shift in consciousness. And to continually foster in myself the needed skills to practice my deepest talents.
