I'm currently working as a Delivery Manager on the Betfair's Exchange Desktop Site (EDS). My key responsibilities are:

- Lead and inspire two teams (6/7 elements each) from a technical and delivery perspective;

- Mentor and coach the team members;

- Act as a SCRUM master encouraging the adoption of agile best practices;

- Keep promoting software development best practices;

- Put my hands on code whenever I can;
