Joaquim Moraes

Hi there! I am an Information Technology professional currently working as an IT Support Engineer at Simulmedia in New York City. I studied Information Technology with a concentration in Network Security at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. I am an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and am experienced in various technology fields. Some of my experience includes Windows, OS X and Linux system administration, scripting (PowerShell, Bash and Perl) and rollout design/implementation of various tools including JAMF Casper, CrashPlan, Trend Micro Antivirus suite and Box; to name a few. I'm also experienced in audio/video/web conferencing support. In my free time I enjoy running and playing soccer and volleyball. I'm originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil and speak three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish).
