I invest in an acquire companies. I have a background in business turnarounds, and in originating, analysing and investing in both public and private companies.

Through my investment holding company, Reid Green & Co I invest in mis-priced publicly traded companies and as investing in and creating value in small and medium sized private companies.

Over the last 9 years I have been involved in sectors ranging from construction, accident management, security systems, business services and online gaming and a host of others.

I have expertise and experience in turnaround, investment analysis, business evaluations, deal origination, deal structuring, negotiation, restructuring and cash-flow improvement.

Now my focus is in on acquiring, investing or partnering with established London based businesses generating between £800,000 and £5,000,000 in annual revenues. I am broadly sector agnostic.
