JobXchange, launched by Blaze Infomatiks Pvt Ltd., well known by its brand name Blazetek Services, is the latest update of tools in the Job market. As stated by its founders, its designed to be the neutral platform both for companies seeking talent and the candidates seeking choices of jobs for their stable career; rather progressive.

We all know that a lot of people migrate in the hope of searching better jobs and doing so, many a times they fall prey to purely money making consultancies, who charge undue fees from the candidates. I have no intentions to purely cast out the system of charges fees from candidates provided there is some ethical ground & everything is transparent to the bare minimum.

JobXchange, on the other hand, is a simple to access, simple to use and transparent medium where job seekers can use it through their facebook account and keep themselves updated of the opportunities available, besides companies get to post their requirements here on their own and reach out directly to the candidates.( Use of Notice Board in schools is reminded !)
