Hello there! My name is Jocelyn, but my better half calls me Bear. I have always worked in customer service, in entry level jobs. My husband is a fourth generation electrician for his familiy's buisness. While we both have learned a lot in our current fields and have enjoyed our experiences in them, I believe we're both ready to move on to making our passions what we do, rather than what we day dream of. That being said, we are on the slow and dirty journey of making the right amount of money, and making the right buisness decisions, to put outselves inevitably on a nice peice of land where we can make a forest of abundent fruits and vegtables- where we can raise pigs, chickens, and rabbits- where we can brew delicious beers- and where we can work from our land and contribute to our future community. For the time being i'll be starting from our little home- starting trees from seeds and doing what we can until we're ready to make the big move onto the land we desire. I thank my husband for giving me the courage and interest into becoming more anti-fragile and for making me try ever beer he's ever had. You never know what might grow on you or surprise you! We also owe a big thanks to Jack Spirko the creator or The Survival Podcast for giving us ideas, dreams, and ambition.
