For more than 25 years, Jocelyne Therrien has assisted others in utilizing food and nutrition in their efforts to achieve healthy lives and personal well-being. From an early start in the retail health foods industry, as a personal chef, co-owner of an organic vegetarian restaurant, gluten-free baker, and certified practitioner in holistic nutrition, Jocelyne has gained a broad understanding of nutrition and enjoys sharing what she’s learned with others.

Jocelyne has a special interest in helping people get creative in the kitchen, assisting individuals in uncovering their unique dietary needs, and the mind body connection to nutrition. She also feels quite passionate about sourcing fresh local ingredients and supporting local farmers.

Jocelyne is a mother of 2, who these days, spends her free time in her kitchen cooking for her family, playing with foods that ferment and gardening. She shares her home with her children, her husband, 10 chickens, 2 kittens and a dog on beautiful Vancouver Island.
