What sets me apart from 73,000 F&B marketers in New York?
I speak Global. I grew up with a nose for spice, a palate for fresh ingredients, and an appetite for complex flavors from the kitchens of Asia and Europe. Globe-trotting with a fat Asian dad with a fondness for dining at Michelin-starred restaurants left me with 50+ destination passport stamps, and a hunger to integrate cross-cultural tastes with marketing strategy.
I speak New York. Moving to America in my 20's was really delving into the land of food opportunities. In three years, I introduced rotating craft beers at Patina Restaurant Group's Beer Bar, a 350-seat restaurant & bar. I worked on PR campaigns for chefs Alain Ducasse, Bobby Flay, Julian Medina, and Michael Mina at Bullfrog & Baum. I also became the youngest Board Member at the American Institute of Wine & Food, New York, where I serve as Media Chair, directing all internal and external communications, event marketing, and social media outreach.
Just for the fun of it, I founded LIST 64 in 2010, a pop-up culinary group that collaborates with local musicians and galleries to create unusual tasting experiences in the Lower East Side. From 5-course dinners that last 6 hours, to all-night summer rooftop socials, every event is floored with RSVPs before the next one even begins!
