I am a driven technician with 4 years corporate experience, and 7 years work experience. In the past year I have gained 3 new technical certifications while working full time as a technical specialist at the #1 digital agency in the country. At my core I'm a Technician. I started with analyzing computer systems, system repair and upgrade, business applications and systems support, server administration, phone systems and network technology and storage engineering. I work with everything from Windows to Linux to OSX and beyond, and my ability to understand technology quickly and adapt is one of my strongest skills. I have deep knowledge of standard business practices and I am customer service oriented with strong communications skills and with customer focus and management of client expectations as the subject of my approachI have worked as the lead of my team for a year and as supervisor for the last 10 months.Leading them to the completion of over 10 company enhancing projects in the last year 5 of which I have project managed to completion. Whether working with my team on projects, creating and managing projects from from inception to completion or leading company needed initiatives, I have proven my organizational skills, and ability to create IT strategy.I believe in working both intelligently and diligently and this shows in the results I produce as a technician, and a leader. This guiding principle is what I believe separates me from the pack, and I constantly work to improve my skills, knowledge, and my ability to be both efficient and trustworthy as I continue to grow in my career.
