Jodi (Harmeyer) Brandstetter

Jodi Brandstetter, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, an experienced HR/Recruiting professional, is the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Navient. She offers expertise in recruiting, career counseling, social media sourcing and matching high performance professionals with opportunities at Navient. A graduate of the from University of Evansville with a degree in Business Administration, Jodi has over 13 years experience in Human Resources and Recruiting.

Jodi has been focusing on providing Recruiting and Career Search training and presentations to local associations, companies and colleges in the Cincinnati area including Xavier University, Cincinnati State College, HR Collaborative and Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s HYPE (Harnessing Young Professional Energy) Talent Symposium.

Jodi is passionate about networking with other Human Resource and Recruiting professionals. Jodi has been a member of SHRM and Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA) for over 5 years and was appointed the College Relations Chair for GCHRA from 2010-2012. Also, Jodi was selected to serve on the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s HYPE Talent Pipeline committee with other HR professionals in the Cincinnati area in 2011 and 2012.

Jodi loves Cincinnati area including Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and UC Bearcats. In her spare time, Jodi rides her bike on the Loveland Bike Trail and enjoying the wonderful restaurants in the Cincinnati area. In 2015, Jodi and her husband welcomed a baby girl, Lena on St. Patrick's Day.
