Jodi has 17 years of combined experience as a teacher and public school administrator - supervisor of special education teachers, STEAM and Humanities departments, as well as, mentoring teachers, education leaders, students and parents from all areas of the economic continunium.

Jodi has learned from some of the top educational professionals and successful business entrepreneurs.

One of the unique strategies she designed and branded is what she calls, P^8. Utilizing the concepts learned through P^8, individuals and teams will experience increased productivity while engaging in meaningful processes that enhance collective problem solving.
