My husband, Wayne, and I operate a contract broiler farm in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, about one hour north of Brisbane, Australia. Wayne grew up on the farm, and we have helped run it since the early 1990's. We purchased it from Wayne's parents in 2003. We are constantly looking for ways to be more cost efficient, and ways to update our skill set. Our company motto is "Growing a Better Bird" and we place animal welfare at the centre of everything we do.
