Lucyna to my family, Lucy to everybody else.

Based out of Chicago, I'm the Director of Partnerships for Spark Ventures- an innovative venture philanthropy organization that partners with nonprofits taking care of kids in extreme poverty in emerging economies. We help our partners develop processes, long term strategy, and support their HR and programs. We also invest in local businesses, with the ultimate objective of launching revenue generating engines that subsidize our partners' nonprofit programs. These days you'll find me bouncing back and forth between Zambia, Nicaragua, and the US.
