My name is Joshua Odmark — a real estate agent, investor, and full-time market & acquisition analyst with Rise Collective, one of the fastest-growing private real estate brands in the country. My work spans underwriting profitable opportunities, studying market behavior, and helping investors make smarter, more confident decisions.

Before shifting into real estate, I spent my entire career in hospitality at the executive level. That world shaped the way I think about space, service, and how people experience a property — and it’s a big part of why I’m now focused on value-add hospitality investing. My goal is to build guest-forward, unforgettable stays that combine design, experience, and strong fundamentals.

Alongside my work with Rise, I host local investor meetups, analyze deals for clients, and help both new and seasoned investors take their next step with clarity.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find me trying to catch a clean ski line, tinkering with new music ideas, or DJing for whoever’s brave enough to listen. I’m also committed to staying in shape — mostly so I can keep up with everything above without pulling something I’ll regret.
