I increase brand awareness and basically ensure that those I represent have marketing campaigns that reach the grandest possible audience. Through proper social media representation, I effectively target your audience, create dead-on accurate strategies, explode marketing campaigns and moreover strengthen/build your customer relationships. Furthermore, I am great with my people skills ergo working with multiple teams such as those in Public Relations, Marketing, Sales and management departments, comes easy for me. My duties encompass: Talking and taking lead. Implementation and management of social media strategy. Management of social media sites and engagement in dialogue. Monitoring trends, client issues (put out fires & praise promoters). Implementation of social media tools. Management of social media campaigns/ROI. Creation of blog articles and corporate messaging. Measurement of the effectiveness of different channels via social networking analysis tools and... when all that's done, I do it all over again many times and make it better.
