A graduate of USC, and the LA County/UCLA Institute for Community Leadership, Joe’s service to the community has included serving as Co- Founder and Executive Director Emeritus of the Filipino- American Chamber of Commerce, LA (FACC- LA). Joe also served on the FilamARTS Board and is extremely proud to have served as a US Army Desert Storm Veteran.
