Joe has been interested in real estate since his college days at Illinois State University where he dreamed of owning rental properties, imagining how much money was made! Later on in life, after a string of crazy situations, he became an “accidental landlord”, and shortly thereafter did an “accidental flip” with his personal residence. It was then (in addition to an addiction to DIY/renovation/home-flipping TV shows) he knew he wanted to work towards being full-time in the real estate world and ultimately did so with the formation of 3x Homes.
Joe has 10+ years of professional service and operations experience, in the fields of retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, home security, and software. Joe, along with his wife of seven years and daughter Emery, lives in Wheeling, Illinois. In the 3x Homes world, Joe is responsible for all things technical and operational.
