I am a user experience and information services professional with 10+ years of experience managing omnichannel user experience and providing information services in academic library, city government, and private sector environments. The focus of my work is on the user’s overall experience across various channels with an emphasis on using the service design methodology.

My latest projects involve qualitative and quantitative research using a service design methodology to better understand how students use the physical and virtual academic library. I have published articles, written a book, and delivered presentations on the topic of service design in libraries.
