Joe Morris

Berkeley, CA

In my law practice, I represent companies of all kinds, from high tech to bike and donut shops. We work on the "corporate" side of the legal world, drafting and negotiating contracts, forming corporations, filing and advising on trademarks, and other legal questions faced by businesses. Basically anything pertaining to business that isn't litigation, tax, or patents.

I also write software, mostly for fun these days. I have a few apps in Google Play, the most downloaded is Learn World History, and another one I have open-sourced. My website nanotodo gives a free "getting things done" to-do list, based on the open-source program MyTinyTodo. I'm working on a program to publish legal reference works directly from Word document to the web.

I also really like travel and travel photography, especially bike touring.
