Joe Arnall

A seasoned lobbyist with more than four decades of professional experience, Joseph Arnall currently serves as President of Arnall & Associates, one of the leading government relations firms in the southeastern United States. In his role at the helm of this company, which assists clients throughout Georgia and Florida, Arnall represents or has represented some of the region's major entities, including FP&L, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Atlantic Shores Healthcare, PGA of America, and Brooks Health System of Jacksonville. As a member of the Florida legislature from 1988 until 2000, his many years of legislative service gave him a depth of knowledge into the workings of state government that provides the strong foundation on which his present work is based.

Committed to upholding the highest professional standards, Arnall maintains active status as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. In this capacity, he has associated with Government and Municipal Solutions to help municipal and state governments utilize creative methods to correct serious flaws in their pensions.

A lifelong advocate of community service, Joseph Arnall presides as Chairman of the Southeastern Legal Foundation and has also served the First Coast Family and Housing Foundation in the role of President since 1997. Dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable members of the population in particular, he formerly volunteered on the Board of Trustees of the Children's Crisis Center, Inc.

Dedicated to professional development, Arnall belongs to such member-based organizations as the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists. After studying for two years at The Citadel, Arnall subsequently attended the University of the South, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. A proponent of physical fitness, he devotes his leisure time to jogging and other forms of exercise.
