I coach people to grow in a way that champions ‘who they are’ while challenging them to discover and experiment with their untapped potential. I draw on integrative psychology to build resilience and my experience in business consulting to enable leaders to sustainably scale their impact. ‘Integration’ is the guiding principle for my work; I help leaders embrace ‘both/and’ polarities to act with presence and potency to create change.

My experience in developing leadership, teams, and culture has grown over 15+ years of varied work changing ways of working in complex global organizations. I am an accredited leadership and team coach (ICF PCC, EMCC TCIA), trained in a variety of coaching models, facilitation techniques, psychological and behaviour models, leadership and change approaches.
