DR. JOEBARTH ABBA

Dr. Dr. Father JoeBarth C. Abba is an African- European scholar. He is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Onitsha, Nigeria. The young Joebarth C. Abba hails from Iheaka Town , Enugu State, South Eastern Nigeria. After some years of experiences in parish works in Onitsha Archdiocese and Mission Apostolate in Delta State, Iselle- Uku Diocese, he was again sent on European Mission and
Study Apostolates and other research programmes in Western World. He is a German theologian and a philosopher. A resume of his academic laurels and achievements are: His B.A (Phil.) and B.Th (Theol.), Nigeria-Urbaniana University Rome); a B.A. in Public Relation and Journalism, Chicago, (U.S.A); inclusive are his Dip. in Office Admin./Foreign Modern languages; and from Germany; P.G.D.E, M.A.(Phil.) M.A.(Rel.), Ph.D. (Theol.), in Psycho- Practical and Systematic Theology and Ph.D (Phil) from University of Munich, Germany.

Dr. JoeBarth Abba is versatile and humble human being, a spiritual Conference/Retreat preacher both in Europe and in Nigeria especially in (Parishes, Senior Seminaries, Convents, Monasteries, etc),a seasoned academic researcher and Human Rights Activist, an erudite scholar, a linguist, talented and prolific writer, and a champion of peaceful community. He places high premium as a co-ordinator of education in his home town. He is the author of more than 14 great number of book publications on various disciplines and in various languages; he equally worked as Magazine Chief Editor Redeemer Magazine, and General Senior Editor-(Our Nation Newspaper). He writes Poems and Articles in some national and international Journals,Magazines and Newspapers, and as well conducts various Conference lectures, Seminars, regarding different continents; he was focused more on regarding today’s African faith, peace, dignity and welfare of her citizens cum developments, imbued wisely on philosophical, theological, psychological and ethico-moral and social dimensions. DDr. Father. JoeBarth Chiemeka Abba, noticeably, has concerns for the down trodden and the poor. To mention this too, Fr. Joebarth before as a seminarian and since his priestly ordination, 02.July 1994, he is a great lover of little children everywhere he goes! ; and as such was nicked named "Fada-Umu-azi" (Children´s Priest) so is like Jesus Christ great love for little children, (cf.Matt.19:14).
