Joe Buck

Presently working on a Ph D in Computer Science as the University of California - Santa Cruz as part of the Systems Research Lab. My current work focuses on large scale data management and analysis, specifically over scientific data.

Prior to arriving at Santa Cruz, I worked for Veritas Software, now part of Symantec, for four years as a software engineer. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to intern at Google, Microsoft and Thomson West.
