Joe Coffey is a writer, podcast producer and content guru who works for himself. A few years ago, he quit a very cool, normal job as the Director of Content at Frontier Natural Products Co-op, Simply Organic and Aura Cacia.

Armed with 28 years of media experience (marketing, magazine publishing, journalism, radio) and an academic background in modern media (B.A. Baylor University; Graduate, Broadcast Center St. Louis; M.A. University of Iowa), Joe has been empowering audiences and growing media brands since 1991.

A firm believer that your brand isn't what you say it is—your brand is what your audience says it is—Joe has made a career out of crafting stories and engaging audiences with words, pictures, audio/video and media technologies while transforming target-marketed "users" into enabled community participants.
