Joel "Joe" Field is an Ohio and Nashville-based entrepreneur, real estate developer, restaurateur, and community builder who has spent more than three decades shaping one of America's most celebrated entertainment districts. As founder of TC Restaurant Group, Joe was among a small group of visionaries who invested in Nashville's Lower Broadway before it became a global destination, helping transform a neglected strip into one of the top entertainment corridors in the country. He is also a founder of TC Ohio properties holding over 150 single family homes and investor properties.

Under the TC Restaurant Group banner, Joe and his brother Jon have built and operated a portfolio of bars, restaurants, and live music venues that have become fixtures of Nashville's cultural identity, including a stake in one of Broadway's most iconic bars. More recently, the Field brothers have turned their focus to large-scale real estate development, acquiring a downtown Nashville skyscraper and converting it into a Class A commercial property and luxury hotel complete with a state-of-the-art fitness center, event space, and premier Pilates studio.

Beyond business, Joe is driven by a deep commitment to giving back. He is the founder of Cherrie’s Hope, a Marion, Ohio-based assistance program that provides ongoing support to individuals and families in need — named in memory of his late wife, Cherrie. He also founded Cherrie’s Kitchen, a Nashville initiative that distributes hundreds of meals weekly to the congregation of Saint Luke Baptist Church, with pastor Tom Hobert serving a low-income community. The Field brothers and TC Restaurant Group donated all commercial electrical and HVAC work to a 100-bed homeless shelter currently under construction in Marion - Leapin’ Outreach.
Joe Field's story is one of resilience, relationships, and an unwavering belief that business and community go hand in hand.
