Studying Anatomy and Leisure Management followed by degree in Psychology set me up for a career of nearly 15 years in the UK Health & Fitness industry. Working for a number of fantastic organisations across the UK, Australia and Malaysia, I've spent my whole career working with a wide range of people, culture and performance.

I learned from experience that the happiest and most engaged people always produce the best results, irrespective of the team or department and regardless of what else is going on in a business. So when the opportunity came up to join Reward Gateway, the global experts in employee engagement, communication, reward and benefits I jumped at it.

I'm now responsible for the UK Business - an inspiring team of hard working, passionate people who spend their lives helping other organisations to revolutionise their own communication, engagement and benefits culture.

As a proud Yorkshireman from Leeds I follow an amazing Rugby League team and not so amazing Football team. I am a huge boxing fan and love sport, fitness and wellbeing in general. However, the bulk of my spare time is spent with my family and I am very lucky to have a (Big!) little boy of 3, a beautiful daughter of nearly 2 and we are expecting a new arrival in the new year 2016.
