Joe Janasz

Joe Janasz is a Brooklyn Center, MN native with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications and Speech from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter,MN. After 10 years of sports marketing experience with the Minnesota North Stars and Rollerblade, Inc.
Joe started his recruiting career with Custom Search. Joe has a passion for finding the right candidate for clients, whether a client is looking for a full-time or consulting candidate. He has worked in agency and corporate recruiting with small companies and large corporations. Among his accomplishments is filling more than 300 positions in three years as an Executive Recruiter for Supervalu, and earning President’s Club honors by billing more than $600,000 in two years as Practice Director, IT at another national search firm. Janasz has recruited IT and finance candidates ranging from software engineer and finance analyst level to the Chief Technology Officer and Finance Portfolio Director level. He has experience working at the contingency, engaged and retained level.
He joined the entero team in 2014, and is responsible for building a team of top of class recruiters who can source hard-to-find candidates for full-time and contract openings in IT and finance. Joe has five children, and lives in Bloomington with his wife Brigitte. He enjoys mountain biking, golf, cross-country skiing and curling.
