Joe Jaskolka

I founded W.Y.S.D.O.M. Ltd., (Why Your Safety Depends On Me!), in November 2011. Following an extensive and varied career in the Chemicals Industry, initially with an analytical and research (Chemistry) background, I moved into to development of management systems, with the implementation of ISO 9001. From there, I’ve worked with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and implemented a PPC Management system; I’ve worked with SHEQ Management systems for over 20 years. Joe Jaskolka is an experienced and qualified auditor for the above systems; specialising in SHE (and Quality) management systems with the ability to implement these into any size of company (especially in general, engineering or chemicals manufacturing companies). I am an innovative and self-motivated SHEQ Leader / Manager with significant experience in speciality chemicals gained in differing cultural environments. I am well organised with an analytical mind, able to lead a team, supplement an existing team or work in an advisory or consultative capacity. I have a proven record of effective communications at all levels within an organisation and with external agencies. W.Y.S.D.O.M. Ltd., also specialises in training key personnel in all SHEQ competences.
