Serving God first, my family second, others next, I am last.

I have been serving as a public high school special educator, Christian Education Deacon, coach, FCA huddle coach, Sunday school, VBS and AWANA teacher, dad and foster parent.

I am now Deputy Director of PEI, the Professional Educators of Iowa. I serve on the State of Iowa's Juvenile Justice Advisory Council and the state Council on Educator Development.

God, golf, and guns - in that order - are the things my family and I enjoy the most. I married waaaaay up! My gorgeous wife is the most amazing example of God's grace in my life short of the story of my redemption.
