I am an audio engineer and educator studying the art and science of real estate investing. I’ve become effective in solving complex problems in high stress environments and I want to use my creative problem-solving skills to affectively analyze and solve seller problems. As a beginner real estate investor, I am still learning the ropes and have been spending a lot of time researching different markets and analyzing potential investment properties. I am also learning about financing options, property management, and landlord-tenant laws.

My current investment strategy is to focus on single-family homes in up-and-coming neighborhoods that show strong potential for appreciation. I plan to hold onto these properties for the long term, house hack the property and potentially use the rental income to purchase additional properties.

I am excited about the financial benefits of real estate investing, and I am also aware of the risks. I am committed to doing due diligence on each property and I am always looking for ways to minimize risk and maximize returns.

Identifying true value add opportunities will also be key in analyzing the history of a property as I believe that telling the story of a property, is essential to recognizing true value add opportunities. What excites me most about real estate investing is establishing high-quality relationships, working towards common goals, and rebuilding communities to enhance living conditions in any way possible.
