Having to support myself at a young age I took my first job while pursuing my undergraduate degree at night. From the very start of my career I was fortunate to notice that my strengths lay in management. As I moved up quickly in the company, I found myself supervising 8 employees, responsible for controlling costs and communicating with clients valued in the millions. In 2006 I moved to a different company where I managed close to 700,000 sq. ft. of retail space. By managing build-outs for clients such as K-Mart and Staples, I learned about large scale construction projects, deadlines and cost control. In 2008, I enrolled in the Full-Time Honors MBA Program at Baruch College. In 2010 I graduated with an MBA in Real Estate and Finance. After graduating, I moved to Los Angeles to manage operations for mid-size real estate company with 2,200 units in its portfolio. I was fortunate to be involved in the company at a time of great change and was able to strategize and implement many new procedures. Most recently I am involved in a start-up that assists owners with switching from heating oil to natural gas.
My combined education and experience has allowed me to be multifaceted with a strong desire to grow.
