In the line of leadership, Ade has held several leadership positions even in school and at work. He is the Head of Digital Media, Psifonorg. He is also an Open Source Leader from CommonWealth100, a non for profit leadership development organization that specializes in Cross-Boundary Leadership founded in 1989.
