Cloud DevOps Engineer/Cloud Security Engineer with experience supporting users of cloud and other SaaS products within the EST/CST(USA) and European Time Zones. I have hands-on experience with various operating systems such as Linux and Windows, technical support processes including follow-ups, case management/case handling, detecting bugs and documenting them, troubleshooting, handling screen sharing sessions, problem-solving, grit to stay with an issue until it is resolved, collaboration with cross-functional teams, the importance of deep technical product knowledge, and the use of technical remote support tools. I also have experience in implementing cloud solutions and security best practices, such as supporting, automating, and optimizing deployments on Multi-Cloud Platforms and On-premise environments, code scanning, hybrid cloud operations, virtualization & containerization, data solutions, networking & firewall management, monitoring, and observability.

With a background in operations and experience as a Support Engineer, I have an understanding of best practices and patterns in the software development life cycle, Scrum/Kanban, experience with CI/CD (knowledge of the principles and ability to set up a pipeline from scratch), infrastructure provisioning (Terraform), and experience in public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). I also have an understanding and exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Github Actions, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, PostgresSQL, MySql, Postman, Prometheus & Grafana, Elastic search, Logstash, Kibana, troubleshooting, threat detection, vulnerability assessments, incidence detection and response, security best practices, YAML, Python, Node JS, SQL, JSON, bug detection and documentation, bug bounty programs, identity and access management, endpoint security, patching, data backup, managed security services, threat modeling, offensive attack, malware detection, SIEM, security audit framework, OSI compliance, and automation.

I have previously worked with startups remotely and gained hands-on experience with web technologies/tools, including Slack, Discord, Confluence, Bitbucket, ticketing software (Zendesk, ServiceNow), Jira, Microsoft Teams, Zoom/Google Meet, Team Viewer, and Google Drive.
