Joel Chiarenza

Joel Chiarenza teamed up with his father in the family property management business in 2004. Frontier Management, with assets including apartments, multifamily complexes, office buildings, stripmalls and mall-plazas, was started over 30 years ago, and has seen significant growth since Joel joined the company.

Frontier Management specializes in taking properties that have not been operating at complete efficiency and taking them over, renovating the buildings and instilling their practices to help the property reach its full potential. They are a local property management company in the Rochester, New York Area which allows Joel and his colleagues to maintain a very hands-on style approach.

Joel Chiarenza enjoys real estate and property management because no two days are alike; each day will present new challenges and issues that will need to be resolved creating a dynamic work environment.

Outside the workplace, Joel is extremely passionate about his involvement in the community and is on the board of Al Sigl Center, a non-profit fundraising organization which helps children and adults with disabilities and special needs. Joel Chiarenza also enjoys playing golf, ultimate frisbee and watching MMA events.
