Joel de Ross

Joel is the creative and entrepreneurial force behind Lobal, De Ross Designs, BeatEngines Collective and LifeXPerience. After gaining 15 years experience in the manufacturing industry as a production worker jig designer and section manager, Joel founded and managed a successful dance music record label. Over the course of 8 years he has produced, promoted and distributed countless local releases as well as 5 international albums. He is an established figure in the Australian electronic music industry as a producer/DJ, event manager, promoter and graphic designer.

Joel has gained a unique perspective from combining his experience in these two industries with his obsession over future technologies and digital trends. The innovative ideas he has formed from that background have culminated in his vision for Lobal and its subsidiary projects. Joel has spent the last 10 years refining and amalgamating each idea into a unified business and industry model; spending the last 24 months recruiting the best possible skill sets for the successful deployment, management and expansion of the business.
