I am a creative and analytical project manager with a computer science degree. I have lead large scale projects, such as Hyundai's call center relocation from Fountain Valley, CA to Dallas, TX and expansion in Atlanta, GA, while successfully leading the Operations team through day to day IT support activities and reporting tasks. My blend of IT experience as a Tech Writer and Windows Analyst for IBM and exposure to business practices as a Project Manager for Hyundai allow me to successfully lead projects, manage an IT support team and schedule enhancement implementations.
