Joel Grimley

With extensive experience in strategic business development, Joel Grimley currently resides in Escondido, California. He began his career as a brand merchandiser for PepsiCo after earning his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing degree from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. In this role, Joel Grimley significantly boosted market share for Gatorade and the newly launched Propel water product. He positioned merchandise in retail locations and distributed promotional materials to diverse venues such as restaurants and supermarkets.

Following his tenure with PepsiCo, Joel Grimley relocated to the Denver area, where he accepted a position as an office manager and administrator with FedStore Corporation. Engaging directly with the company’s business development and sales director, he assisted in setting up a local office, recruiting inside sales personnel, and generating sales forecast reports. He also handled logistics for FedStore services and goods, and facilitated the acquisition and maintenance of credit lines.

Most recently, Joel Grimley spent two years performing general contract labor in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. He held positions in construction and rack repair, and also served as a merchandiser with Hampshire Farm.
