One of the most successful businessman of today Joel Hyatt was born on May 6th 1950. He is the Co-Founder of Current TV and Hyatt Legal Services. As of today he continues to be very successful. Mr. Hyatt graduated from Dartmouth College and Yale (law). He practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. In 2007, Hyatt was elected to the board of directors at the HP Company. On Oct. 1st 2014, he stated that Current TV was the most innovated new network due to it's viewers participation and uniqueness. Before the news channel was named Current TV it was called Newsworld International. VP President Al Gore and Joel Hyatt partnered on the purchase and later relaunched it Current TV. In 2013, the channel was sold to Jazeera Media Network for $500 million dollars.
