Since beginning his business career in 1983, Joe has created, grown and invested in numerous successful multi-billion dollar companies, ranging from finance, water, distribution and logistics, arms and ammunition, food and beverages, technology,
manufacturing and retail.

Joe’s clients include major listed companies, federal and state governments, agencies and administrations. He has been the largest provider of water and transport for the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for all of the US and its territories since 2004.

Joe has been presented with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition in recognition of outstanding and invaluable service to the community, and has been
commended by multiple governmental agencies and governments for the services he has provided.

Joe has a proven track record of providing response and recovery services since 1994 for federal, state, and international government agencies.

Has been the largest provider of water and transport for the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) for all of the US and its territories since 2004,
delivering hundreds of millions of litres of water.

Lipsey Logistics has a fleet of over 700 trucks and trailers, 3,000 portable satellite tracking devices, and a minimum inventory of 150 truckloads of bottled water, 10 truckloads of shelf stable meals, five 6,000-gallon potable water tankers, a bottled water manufacturing facility, and over 200 employees. Lipsey Logistics employs former senior members of the military to ensure that it is able to meet the high standards it sets of itself and expected by its governmental clients.

Charitable activities

Joe has been supporting events and organizations that strengthen the community and promote a healthy lifestyle for over 30 years.
Much of his charitable work is private, but he has donated and delivered tens of millions of litres of water following numerous hurricanes and disasters across the United States, and in December 2022, Joe and his wife donated $1 million to the Louisiana State University of Alexandria Foundation, a non-profit organisation that advocates and supports educational excellence, in order to establish a perpetual endowment fund for the Alexandria Museum of Art in honour of his parents.
